Why are reviews not showing publicly?

Reviews may not appear publicly due to filtering, policy review, account status, or other platform factors. We help review the case and identify possible next steps.

Can negative reviews be removed?

Negative reviews can only be removed by Google when they are found to violate platform policies. We help review the case, identify potential policy concerns, and guide the reporting process. Final removal decisions are made by Google.

Does Google remove reviews automatically?

Yes. Google uses automated systems and human review to enforce its review policies, which can result in reviews being filtered, hidden, or removed at any time.

Can removed reviews return?

In some cases reviews may return after platform updates or reassessments. We help review the case but cannot guarantee that any specific review will reappear.

Do you guarantee review removal?

No. Google independently controls review visibility and removal decisions. We assist with review, reporting guidance, and communication, but final decisions are made by Google.
