How Our Suspension Recovery Process Works
Suspension Review
We review the suspension notice, profile information, previous appeal activity, prior Google communications, and available supporting details to understand the current status of the case.
Google Business Profile Compliance Audit
We review the business name, address, categories, service areas, website, and other profile details for potential Google Business Profile guideline concerns. A copy of the completed audit will be provided at project completion.
Documentation Review
We review the available business documentation and identify information that may be needed during the suspension recovery process.
Google Business Profile Manager Access
Manager access to your Google Business Profile is required so GWR Commerce can review the profile, perform the compliance audit, monitor the case, and provide suspension recovery support. You retain ownership of your profile, and we will never ask for your password.
Appeal Preparation or Review
Depending on the current status of the case, we help prepare a new appeal or review a previously submitted appeal, supporting documentation, and related communications.
Case Monitoring and Suspension Recovery Support
We help monitor the case, provide status updates, assist with Google support communications, and coordinate appropriate next steps throughout the engagement.

What We Need From You
You will need to provide accurate business information, requested documentation, and Manager access to your Google Business Profile. You may also need to respond to requests from Google or complete actions that can only be performed by you or the Google Account Owner.
Keeping us informed of any new Google communications, profile changes, appeals, or work performed by another party helps us coordinate the suspension recovery process and avoid unnecessary duplication.
Already Started the Process?
You can still engage GWR Commerce if you previously submitted an appeal, contacted Google, attempted the process yourself, have an appeal currently under review, or worked with another provider.
Google does not always identify which specific appeal, submission, communication, or action resulted in reinstatement. If your profile is reinstated after your engagement with GWR Commerce begins, the $299 project total becomes due regardless of whether the outcome resulted from work performed by GWR Commerce, actions you previously completed, another party's work, or a combination of efforts.
