GWR Commerce was founded by Ben Hartwick, a former HVAC business owner with firsthand experience operating and growing a real-world service business.

After building and later selling his HVAC company, Ben saw firsthand how much local visibility, customer reviews, and a well-maintained Google Business Profile affect how service businesses are discovered, evaluated, and chosen. For many owners, the profile is the front door of the business.

GWR Commerce was created to help business owners work through profile-related challenges - verification, suspensions, optimization, and ongoing support - with structured processes and professional communication grounded in real operating experience.
