How is this different from the Profile Review & Action Plan?

The Profile Review & Action Plan is the written review and prioritized recommendations. Optimization is the work of applying those corrections to the profile. Many clients start with the review and then have us carry out the changes.

Will optimization guarantee that I rank higher?

No. Google controls ranking and visibility. Optimization removes the accuracy, completeness, and consistency problems that hold a profile back — it does not guarantee any specific position or amount of traffic.

Can optimization get my profile suspended?

Careless changes can. We work within Google's guidelines and avoid the edits that commonly trigger a review, such as keyword-stuffed names or an address that does not match how the business actually operates.

Do you need access to my profile?

In most cases yes — manager access is the cleanest way to make the corrections. If you prefer, we can also document the changes for you to apply yourself.

How long does it take?

Most optimization work is completed within a few business days of getting access and the information we need. Some Google-side changes go through a review period before they appear publicly.
